Companion Plants
At home in the formal border, wild garden, or meadow. Good middle of the border plant for softening bold textures. Plant with liatris, iris, coneflowers, balloon flowers, rudbeckia, Russian sage, lychnis, and red hot pokers.

Best Location
Very hardy and easily grown in sunny well drained site. Tolerant of poor soil and summer drought.
