30 Day Plant Health Guarantee Policy

• If a Perennial or Shrub purchased from Groff's Plant Farm dies within 30 days of purchase, you may return for a full refund of the plant price (+ tax)
• Must have receipt
• Must bring plant back or have picture of the plant

*Not applicable for Annuals, Herbs, or Vegetables

Returns/Exchanges Policy

Returns/Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase

• Must have receipt
• Must return plant in sellable condition

Canceled Order Restocking Fees

• Canceled online orders will be charged a 10% restocking fee
• Cancel fee applies to all online orders, no exceptions

Shipping Policy

Shipping is not available for any plant orders. Plants are in store pick-up only.
